Guest Management: From RSVP to Check-Out

The platform handles family-based guest tracking. It categorizes guests by side (bride/groom), relation types, and invitation tiers (Box, Card & Digital).

Crucially, it handles per-event RSVPs. Not every guest attends the Haldi, but everyone attends the Reception. The platform tracks who is coming to what, capturing dietary preferences and managing accommodation details for outstation guests in one place.

Vendor Coordination: 50+ Categories

We pre-built over 50 vendor categories tailored to Indian weddings—from Pandits to car rentals.

The dashboard provides a single view for all vendor interactions. You can log the full negotiation history, track multi-installment payment schedules to ensure no vendor is overpaid or underpaid, and assign them to specific events.

Events & Cultural Rituals

A wedding is not one event; it's a sequence of heavily orchestrated rituals.

The platform supports multi-event scheduling (Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception). It includes culture-specific templates (Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Christian) and integrates with the Panchang for Muhurat timings. You can even generate specific Samagri and item lists required for each ritual.

Budget & Family Contributions

The budget module answers the critical question: "Where is every rupee going?"

It splits tracking between the bride and groom's sides, logs estimated versus actual costs, and tracks family contributions. You finally have a real-time dashboard showing what was committed versus what was received, alongside the vendor payment schedule.

The Google Sheets Integration

We know you probably already have a spreadsheet started.

We didn't want you to manually re-enter data. The platform features an OAuth-based Google Sheets import pipeline. Connect your sheet, and our system will automatically map the columns, use AI to deduplicate entries, and import your existing guest lists and vendor data.
